Support to analysis of antimicrobial consumption data and to coordination activities of the European Surveillance of Antimicrobial Consumption Network (ESAC-Net)
The overall objective of this CfT is to provide ECDC with the sustainable specific technical and scientific support needed to conduct and further develop state-of-the-art analysis of data on antimicrobial consumption.
Support will be provided for:
— data analysis from different human sectors,
— regular ESAC-Net outputs,
— integrated surveillance of antimicrobial consumption data and antimicrobial resistance,
— joint reporting of ESAC-Net data together with data from sectors other than the human sector,
— strengthening capacity building in data reporting for EU enlargement countries.
The support to be provided would preferably be based on expert knowledge on data collection and data management of European antimicrobial consumption data.
