Microbiological characterisation services to support surveillance of Salmonella, STEC/VTEC and Listeria infections
This tender calls for microbiological characterisation for the pathogens Salmonella, VTEC/STEC and Listeria. The EQA comprises PFGE and MLVA molecular typing, virulence gene detection, phage typing and serotyping. As a part of the contract reference material service and molecular typing services to be provided to the participating laboratories.
