Improving access to EU tools relevant for cross-border health threat preparedness in Europe

The objective of this contract is to:
— identify, analyse, summarise and prioritise existing cross-border health threat preparedness tools developed by ECDC and EC,
— discuss functionalities of and gaps found in the tools and whether these tools are compatible with EU requirements (i.e. on data collection, rapid information exchange, confidentiality of information, etc.) while defining how aligned they are with the HSI, IHR and ECDC activities,
— promote the uptake of existing tools among EU Member States,
— share knowledge of existing tools with the countries and relevant stakeholders to support their public health preparedness activities.
