Provision of services to ECDC for coordination and organisation of the ECDC-Eurovaccine 2011 conference
To organise and coordinate the scientific conference, for an on-site audience of about 30 participants, providing a live webcast for an additional audience of 1 000 participants. The conference should allow 'live' communication between delegates/speakers and conference participants (both on-site and online). This is to be performed by allowing online participants to take part in the scientific discussion by sending in questions and in a virtual poster session.
